To advance regional cooperation in ICT management, digital transformation, and governance of artificial intelligence AI in higher education, Universiti Brunei Darussalam, UBD, hosted the 2nd ASEAN University Network – Digital Transformation Thematic Network Annual Meeting, AUN Dx. The meeting reflected UBD's efforts in the field of ICT, having integrated generative AI into the campus curriculum, research and policy, with a digital transformation roadmap for its future development. The two-day meeting was held at UBD.

Present was Dayang Hajah Tutiaty binti Haji Abdul Wahab, Deputy Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry. In the keynote speech by Doctor Hazri bin Haji Kifle, UBD Vice-Chancellor titled "Living with AI: The Role of UBD in Brunei's Digital Future," he examined how artificial intelligence is transforming higher education. As the host of the Meeting, UBD reaffirms its commitment to regional cooperation in digital transformation and ICT governance.
